Exchange & Returns
Online Returns Policy
We will refund you for any item you do not want if you return same to us in perfect condition with all seals and wrapping intact. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of same by you. If you are returning items please enclose your invoice/receipt and clearly mark on same the item you are returning. You can return items either directly to the main office at Loreto Secondary School, Granges Road, Kilkenny or by post. You the consumer are responsible for any costs associated in returning the items. Once we receive the items and they are in the condition as stated above you will receive a refund excluding delivery charges within 14 days.
Faulty Products For Products Bought Online
In the unlikely event a product is faulty when you receive same, please return the product to us either directly to our main office or post it to us at Loreto Secondary School, Granges Road, Kilkenny. Please enclose your invoice/receipt sent with your order. We will give you a full refund to include your costs of shipping. Proof of your shipping cost is essential for us to reimburse you for shipping.
Online Cancellation Policy
You can cancel any order placed with Loreto Secondary School online provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please forward your order confirmation email to loretoshop@loretokk.ie and write “Cancel Order” in the subject field. You will receive a refund within 14 days provided the order has not been dispatched.
If the order has been dispatched, you may return your complete order within 14 days from date delivered for a full refund excluding delivery charges.
Refund Method
Loreto Secondary School will refund you within 14 days via the payment method you used to purchase the goods.
